Loss Prevention Quality Assurance

CAPRI Engineering's Loss Prevention Quality Assurance service is a way of effectively implementing a Quality Assurance Plan that employs a "Hot Spot" identification technique for minimizing design and construction defects which starts at plan review and continues through construction. Through the implementation of our comprehensive Loss Prevention Quality Assurance Program, CAPRI is confident that we can assist you in producing a high quality product and to minimize potential loss while satisfying your insurance companies mandate.

The Loss Prevention Quality Assurance Program will consist of pre-construction QA plan review and construction progress QA inspections, which will include but not limited to:

Pre-Construction Phase:
  • Recurring defect "hot spot" identification, education and notification
  • Pre-construction plan reviews
